All our programs begin with a comprehensive assessment to determine the need for a corrective stretching program or to address imbalances that may need correcting before a more advanced program can begin. From there you can choose from our wide variety of training programs and select the format that best suits your needs:

  • One on one - Training can be done at one of the many gyms we contract with or in home. Weekly. Starting as low as $70
  • Buddy Training - Work out with a friend for added motivation and accountability. Weekly. Starting as low as $49
  • Small Group - Get friends, co workers, or the whole family involved. Weekly. Starting as low as $24
  • Monthly programs - Fitness Lifestyle can design your aerobic and weight plan for the month. Each plan will take you through 4 to 6 weeks. Only recommended for the highly motivated. Starting as low as $210 to get started and $120 for each progression.
