Joe Rodriguez has been a professional Lifestyle Coach and Fitness Trainer since 1995. He founded the Beach Fit outdoor training program under contract with the state of California and has acted as the Fitness Director for two fitness facilities. In addition to training/coaching hundreds of clients to improved health, he has mentored dozens of trainers, helping them launch their professional careers. When not coaching, Joe also spends time consulting with health clubs, helping them establish and develop their personal training programs. Most recently, he successfully completed a contract with 8 clubs servicing 24,000 members.

Joe's pursuit of health and excellence in his field has taken him to the Pacific Rim on numerous occasions to learn from experts known for developing some of the leading techniques in health optimization. Joe is certified as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach through the C.H.E.K Institute and as a Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Both certifications are recognized internationally.

C.H.E.K Institute-trained professionals are recognized as experts in their field, performing detailed assessments and client evaluations as a prerequisite to designing corrective or performance-enhancing exercise programs, recommending lifestyle changes or implementing stress reduction techniques.

NSCA has long been considered the gold standard in fitness and athletic training. This credential was the first to be nationally accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
