Here's the really fun part of health and fitness
Do you have moments when you want to get healthy and fit but don’t like the idea of going to the gym? Have you ever wanted to hike Half Dome, the Grand Canyon, or maybe the Zion Narrows?

Then Adventure and Outdoor Fitness Training may be for you. We usually hit the trail for a challenging hike/ climb or the water for a little kayaking, sometimes both. We do one-on-one or small groups. One hour to full day. Rain or shine. As a Certified Fitness Trainer, Joe can help you design your personal training program and help you plan the logistics for your personal outdoor challenge.
